  1. Fry off mirepoix in a little olive oil, add herbs and garlic, add tofu and continue to cook off.
  2. When you're happy with where that's at, add wet things: toms, dry white, stock, vegemite dissolved in 1/2 cp water, nutmeg and season with black pepp. Start ya pasta water.
  3. Do the pasta.
  4. Finish sauce with pasta water and finish pasta in the sauce.
  5. Finish with cheese + pepp!

Notes

Start small on the vegemite friendo.
